The few times I have had issues with Best Buy I have called their corporate customer service number as opposed to the customer service number listed on their website and they resolved the issue immediately. The last time I had issues, I was on hold with corporate because they were calling the manager at the store. The manager of the store called us on our home phone and told my husband that he couldnt help us - again. My husband told him that I was on my cell with corporate who should be calling him within seconds. The manager then put him on hold and when he returned, told my husband he would refund our money and apologized. At that point the lady at corporate came back to me and told me that it had been taken care of.
I realize that this is a different situation but keep on keepin on.
